working together to design custom tea blends for support with modern human issues ranging from depression, anxiety, brain fog to sleep support, alleviating painful period and PCOS symptoms, gut health support, etc.
exploring our local gardens with a meditative plant walk focused on connection with everything we see.
great for those looking to learn and find their authentic, intentional way of caring for their wellbeing with plant medicine. this is self directed and can be done in person in our studios in Portland, OR or virtually from anywhere in the world
